Booking Terms and Conditions
Reservations
❖ Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a deposit of 30%
of the total value of the reservation is received. Final payment must be made 30 days
prior to arrival. Reservations made within 59 days of scheduled departure require full
payment to request them.
Prices
❖ All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change. Price
changes may occur due to matters beyond our control, such as currency
fluctuations, fuel costs, taxes, and accommodation increases. We are not responsible
for any changes made by a third-party travel provider and prices are not
guaranteed until payment has been made in full.
Cancellation/Modifications
❖ All cancellations must be received in writing and acknowledged by us. Loss of
deposit or other penalties may be imposed if the reservation is cancelled. No refunds
will be given for any unused or cancelled services after tour arrangements have
begun. Once itineraries are confirmed with a deposit on file, a free modification is
allowed. For groups of more than 10 people, additional amendments may incur a
$25 amendment surcharge.
Special needs
❖ Travelers with food allergies or disabilities who may require additional assistance
during their tour should inform us when booking. While we strive to comply with all
requests, we make no promises or assume any responsibility to comply with such
requests.
Prices for children
❖ Child prices apply to children between 0 and 2 years old. Children over 2 years old
will be charged as adults for all services.
Disclaimer
❖ Galapagos Ecuadoors assumes no responsibility and will not be liable for any refund,
personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident or other causes beyond our
control. Nor can we be held responsible for the actions of any third-party provider or
service.
Payments
❖ International payments can be made via BANK TRANSFER details are below.

❖ Reservations are confirmed after the deposit is made as an advance and send proof
of payment to the mail sales@galapagosecuadoors.com

❖ After full payment of the reservation, the agency will issue the electronic invoice.
❖ Without the deposit there is no obligation between Galapagos Ecuadoors and the
agency or person making the reservations.
