ISLA LOBOS
It has a rather rocky trail from the landing dock at the western end of the island that runs all the way to eastern point, where there is another rocky landing area. The island boasts both Galapagos Sea Lions and a small number of Galapagos Fur Seals. The main ornithological attractions are a small colony of Blue-footed Boobies at the western end and two of Great Frigatebirds in the central part of the island. At the eastern end of the island is a good area for snorkelling where you can often sea young Sea Lions playing. It is also good for coastal rock and shore fish, and sea urchins. If you are lucky you may see a Sting Ray or Spotted Eagle Rays
